The Victory Hall in Benderloch tonight – appropriately – hosts an event centred on one of the great popular victories in recent Scottish politics – the overturning of the iniquitous Skye Bridge tolls in one of the major scandals of the Private Finance Initiative [PFI] era.
Tonight’s event celebrates this victory in music and film – Ferry is a music session inspired by the film An Drochaid – about the Skye Bridge Rising, how the tolls were brought to an end.
The bar opens at 7pm, the event starts at 7.30pm and includes the showing of the film. Entry is by donation.
